The announcement of the Sharp S7 based on Android One
Today, the Japanese company Sharp announced the new S7, which became a member of the Android One program and comes preloaded with the Android 10 operating system “out of the box”. The smartphone is distinguished by its protection against dust and moisture according to IPX5 / IPX8 and IP6X class, as well as long battery life.
Sharp S7 equipped with a 5.5-inch IGZO LCD with a resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels, an eight-core Snapdragon processor 630, 3 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 32 GB. It has a front 8-megapixel camera with f / 2.2 aperture, a single 12-megapixel main module with f / 2.0 aperture with electronic stabilization and AI algorithms.
The Sharp S7 is powered by a 4000 mAh battery. This is by no means the largest battery found in smartphones, but according to the manufacturer, its capacity is enough to ensure the duration of the device on a single charge up to 7 days. And all thanks to the installation of not too large display and energy-efficient chipset.
The price tag on the Sharp S7 is not announced. The manufacturer promises to name it in December, when the novelty goes on sale.
