European Honor 20S will be different from the Chinese version
With the release of Honor smartphones in the global market, there is always a delay. Initially, the company presents new products in China, and only after a couple of months they appear in Europe as “new” smartphones. But are they new?
In the case of Honor 9X for the European market, we were faced with the fact that the company simplified the characteristics of the device and clearly went too far with the downgrade. Perhaps, to take such a step of the manufacturer made the desire to request a low price tag.
It seems that such maneuvers with a deterioration in the performance of European versions of devices will continue. The “victim” of this policy will be the Honor 20S.
In China, this model debuted in September with the Kirin 810 chip, a 6.26-inch large screen, a triple main camera, and a 3750 mAh battery. According to the German resource WinFuture, this model will reach the European market by changing a number of characteristics.
So, according to the source, the Honor 20S will come to Europe with a 6.15-inch LTPS display with a resolution of 2312 × 1080 pixels, a Kirin 710 hardware platform with a peak frequency of 2.2 GHz, 4 GB of RAM and a 128 GB flash drive. The smartphone will offer a front camera on 32-megapixels and three sensors will be installed on the back side, where the main one is on 48-megapixels.
